By accessing and using StocksFast.io ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

stocksfast.io is a technical analysis and stock scanning platform that allows users to create and execute custom stock screening queries using StonQL (Stock Temporal ObservatioN Query Language). The Service provides:

  • Real-time and historical stock market data
  • Technical indicator calculations
  • Custom stock scanning capabilities
  • Saved scans and watchlist management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Payment is processed through Stripe
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
  • All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy

4.3 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers:

  • Applies only to your first monthly subscription payment
  • Request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment
  • Contact us at support@stocksfast.io to request a refund
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Does not apply to renewal payments or re-subscriptions

4.4 Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial months
  • You will retain access to premium features until your subscription expires

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

4.6 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. Continued payment failures may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service using automated means
  • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

6. Data and Market Information

6.1 Data Sources

Stock market data is provided through third-party data providers. Data accuracy and availability are subject to the terms and limitations of these providers.

6.2 No Investment Advice

IMPORTANT: The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All information, data, and tools are provided "as is" without warranty. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. 6.3 No Warranties on Data

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data. Data may contain errors, delays, or omissions. Use the Service at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by stocksfast.io and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any custom scans, watchlists, or other content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the Service.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
  • We are not responsible for investment losses or decisions based on information from the Service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless stocksfast.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your investment decisions based on the Service

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and stocksfast.io.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
